Guest Information & Registration

The fee for guests ages 10 and over is $100; under 10 is free. The $100 registration fee entitles your guest to the following:

  • Welcome Reception drinks & hors d'oeuvres on Monday evening (6:00 – 8:00 pm)
  • Continental breakfast Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Buffet Lunch Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Admission to the Supplier Technical Exhibit Tuesday from 4:00 – 7:00 pm (includes snacks, beverages, and chances to win great prizes during raffles)
  • Guest activity Wednesday morning
  • Wednesday night Beach Bash
  • Free Fitness Center pass available Tuesday morning ($7.49 value)
  • Beach Cabana Pass available Tuesday morning ($25 value)

If you would like to sign up a guest (spouse, child, significant other), please register them individually as your guests on this registration page.

Guest Activity – Visit John’s Pass – Tour The Spice & Tea Exchange – Lunch at Bubba Gump Seafood Co.

At The Spice & Tea Exchange you will be exploring one of the finest selections of herbs, spices, blends, rubs and teas.  Learn the purpose of blends and how to make cooking both exciting and easy.  Proprietor, Lisa Coleman will mix one of their most popular blends, and you will have an opportunity to try some of the spices and teas. Each guest will take home a goodie bag with samples of some of the most popular blends.

Inspired by the movie “Forest Gump”, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company is a fun and casual themed restaurant.  It features down home décor reminiscent of the movie’s setting in Alabama.  Branded as an American icon, the restaurant showcases memorabilia and still photos from the movie, along with reproductions of script pages, storyboards and even some costumes.

Please note: All guests must be registered even if they are under 10 years old and no fee is due. They must have a name badge to gain entry to the FOMIS social events. We also need an accurate head count to make reservations for the guest outing and for all meal functions.
